Deployment Executive Overview
The decision making process will have been undertaken with those who were making and wanting decisions present and involved in the earlier phases of the 4D(TM) process. If not the final approval presentations and sign off must be sought. Deployment will only begin with the clear signals and approvals, teams built, program office in place and timelines and expectations managed.
We have created templates that need the true milestones and signage of the travellers own journey installed for it to work. Our job is to help him or her choose the right roads. Some may be clever short cuts to somewhere else. Some pure dead ends. Some may have big challenges on them but they are the only way to get there".
The deployment will be supported with any number of roadmaps, flight-plans and time-lined/mile-stoned events, responsibilities actions and measures. The ability exists to connect this phase directly to systems of workflow and program management with alerts and dashboards. Our Deployment program rests on the real outcomes from the previous 3 dimensions of 4D and as such builds from understanding the real requirements and not those which simply suit a pre-defined solution or product set.
"The most effective strategies are those built with the collaboration of the board and the enterprise to define and agree effective and shared execution based on complete
knowledge."
