Working with like minded partners is not a new idea. In the world we live in nowadays though it is a core part of how we work. In many cases it is simply table stakes for scaling and leveraging on a global basis. As a business we are all about enabling Structured Visual Thinking™ and 4D™ to be deployed by many others.
We have been developing at three levels.

With our partners aligned with our principles we encourage co-creation, collaboration and innovation. We have the utmost respect for the client audiences within these intervention. Creativity and energy coupled with fun and deeper understanding are what we bring to bear and are at the root of these sessions. Because this is a very different experience it engages quickly and delivers an immediate result. We aim to remove the tyranny and waste of unused flip chart capture, traditional brainstorming techniques that have no long term effect and workshops that suffer from dreaded Power Point presentations. We are totally neutral about the outcome of our approach and partner where and when required. We have built an Expert Network which is a collection of individuals, medium and large enterprise that we have developed a working relationship with over the years.

We have genuine interest in forming mutual benefit with our partners and it’s proven time and again that where the investment and energy is put in, real value will accrue. We think very differently to most other types of organisation and we have found it hard to find people who really get under the skin of how what we do actually works.

What doesn't work.
- Partners who want to alter the framework to suit themselves.
- Partners who have a specific solution in mind ahead of the contextual discussions.
- Where the partner wants to force certain styles of thinking into a natural and emergent process of engagement.
- Where the partner is working at the wrong level of authority and there is no real decision force.
- Where insufficient effort was put into determining the true exam question.
- Where the partner hasn't truly understood the approach or invested time gaining an appreciation of how and why it works.
- Where the partner has a superficial interest in the field of structured visual thinking or the narrative consulting approach.
- Where the partner expects us to always arrive at the conclusion that suits the partner.
What works
The opposite of the above.
We are a deliberately small business at the heart of what we do. We are of an infinite size given our global connections. We will always remain impartial though in terms of the real interests and outcomes of the client.
