Background to Solutions
'Solutions to these problems' will typically tackle customer centricity through better understanding the market, service and process re-engineering to create better experiences for customers and employees, developing new and more relevant channels with the advent of new technology, cultural change and behavioural improvement to ensure alignment, technology and infrastructural improvement, merging or acquiring to grow markets or change the skill base, communicate better and clarify and focus the attention of the workforce and partners. And so on.
We apply the 4D™ approach to discover, develop, decide and then deploy the outcomes of strategy, transformation and change programs. We will ensure that we are making the right choices from the wide array of possibilities. Reducing the risk of error by tackling the causes of problems not the effects. Working as a team in order to ensure real transparency and confidence we will co-create the outcomes at every stage. We apply Structured Visual Thinking™ - our technique to encourage deeper thinking throughout.

Explaining the 6 Deep Dives
NB. Deep Dives are our term for the integrated and supplementary programs of work within each phase of 4D™. These are the fundamental rules.
There are 6 Deep Dives and they cover the main areas of opportunity/issue that we have understood to require extra attention.These areas are Business Context, Differentiation and Vision, Governance, Culture and Capability, Organisational Design, Decision Quality, Transformation and Roadmaps, Value Propositions, Brand and Story. And explained in more detail below.
During the Discovery or Development process we will identify which of our 6 'Deep Dives' might form part of some intervening activity between each wave of 4D™ or demand more thinking in order to uncover the right information for making decisions later.
They do NOT exist in isolation. They remain connected and linked by implication across the frameworks of D1 and D2.
They will be resolved by a mixture of sessions, off-line activity and thinking over differing levels of time and effort.
We may bring expertise Expert Network™ into these programs where the client or we do not have the expertise or subject matter experience.
The results of the Deep Dives will be illustrated as ‘Under Pinnings’ and retro-fitted into the Development Framework or Story Books™, Work Books™ or 4D™ Communication Systems.SVT Live
