- We get familiar with as much background information we can.
- We look at the context with the clients eyes
- We understand the win themes, the solution approach and refine the context. **
- We work with the teams remotely on calls and via all forms of communication to get comfortable on all aspects of the program.
- We explore the teams understanding and rationale for the pursuit
- We agree a valid ‘Exam Question’ - one that will work for the team sessions then perhaps a further one for the client phase.
- We build stimulus material and any necessary homework, preparation or any other requirements to demonstrate thinking to the client. Ensure complete readiness.
- We may create a Persistent Architecture™ or other ‘containers’ to illustrate rigor and initiative ahead of team or client meetings. Design the progam
- We will arrive ahead of any session days to get the area prepared and get initial structures in place.
- We will work with focus teams to get the team aligned.
- We will become a part of the focus team for the duration of the assignment
- We will work with focus team to get the team to really weave any strategic/specific approach into the clients business.
- We will demonstrate innovation and differentiation through the application of visualization.
- We will challenge and encourage different thinking
- We capture and synthesize all related information to the structures and the conversations we encourage.
- We establish themes and clues for creating a connection with the client
- We start to build a fully integrated written record of the development work.
- We may create a marketing positioning for the focus along with the Value Propositions that will emerge.
- We will work with the focus team to start to develop a hypothesis for a solution or solution approach.
- We will choreograph client events and produce high impact presentational material for use in interactive sessions
- We develop supplementary images and frameworks outside of the sessions themselves, often overnight and ready for the client sessions (as required)
- We may build a Decision Tool and criteria based frameworks to enable the client to make better choices.
- We facilitate or augment the sessions themselves as required to create a fully validated storyboard to whatever level of granularity is required.
- After each stage of the process we will generate high resolution images of the work done.
- We will ‘Brand’ the images and all the components of the image appropriately and as required.
- We will develop small vignettes and ‘part’ scenarios that emerge in the overall framework. These will tell specific stories in their own right.
- We may develop sophisticated digital images for more formal presentation
- After each session we generate a complete and written narrative of the work done so far.
- We may help build very large scale repeatable presentation support for Orals and other presentation requirements.
- We may build an Executive Summary.
- We may build a Workbook with further tasks built into structured templates
- We will help suggest images and ‘parts’ to support main proposals
- We may create a digital executable application
- We will create a Group Drive space with secure access to the images and the record for the duration of the assignment.
